Known as the "Big Red Machine" during the 1970s, the Reds were considered the most dominant team in baseball at that time. The Reds were a charter member of the American Association in 1881 before joining the NL in 1890. The team has played home games at the Great American Ball Park since 2003. The Reds have wone five World Series, nine NL pennants, one AA pennant and ten division titles.
