The celebration begins on Twelfth Night (January 6th) and continues to Fat Tuesday, with parades, masked balls and general revelry. What better way to enjoy this "last hurrah" before Lent begins on Ash Wednesday than by donning a mask and joining the party. Laissez les bons temps rouler!
